From Rotterdam Central Station (Rotterdam Centraal Station) it is a 15 minutes' walk to the museum (follow the green signs "Museumpark') or tramline 7 direction "Willemsplein". Get off at "Westzeedijk" . It is a 5 minutes' walk to the museum.
A paid parking near the museum is possible (electronically by "chipknip" and by Creditcard [Visa and Mastercard]). It is also possible to park your car in the parking garage of the adjacent Erasmus MC.
